Hydrating Eye Serum Guide

How many drops, when to apply, and using it with the Eye Massager.

Eye area: 2 to 3 drops · When: morning and evening · Once opened: use within 12 months

How to apply it

Patch test each NEW area first - one flash, then wait 24 hours.
How to patch test
  1. Pick a small spot near the area you want to treat.
  2. Shave, clean and dry the skin.
  3. Power on (level 1), press flat to the skin, fire one flash.
  4. Wait 24 hours. No reaction? You are clear to treat that area.
1 Cleanse. Wash your face and gently pat the eye area dry. Slightly damp skin takes the serum in best.
2 Two or three drops. Use the glass dropper to put 2 to 3 drops on the skin under your eyes. Keep it out of the eyes themselves.
3 Pat it in. Gently pat the serum into the skin with your ring finger, working from the inner corner outwards.
4 With the Eye Massager?. Put the massager on while the serum is still fresh. The serum carries the gentle pulses, so you need no separate gel.
5 Leave it on. After your session, leave the serum on your skin. Follow with your usual moisturiser if you like.

One bottle lasts about 4 to 8 weeks of daily use, depending on how much you apply. Used on the eye area, most customers find it lasts around 6 weeks.

With the Eye Massager

The serum is water-based and silicone-free, so it carries the Eye Massager's gentle pulses to your skin. Use it instead of a conductive gel.

  1. Cleanse and pat dry.
  2. Apply 2 to 3 drops under each eye and pat them in.
  3. Put the massager on while the serum is still fresh, and start your 10-minute session.
  4. Afterwards, leave the serum on your skin. Wipe the massager's pads with a soft, damp cloth.
Not feeling the pulses? Add a little more serum under your eyes, and press the massager gently against your skin so both pads touch it.

Who should check first

  • For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes: apply it to the skin under your eyes, not into them.
  • Stop using it if any redness or irritation appears.
  • Have an eye condition? Please check with your doctor before you use it.
  • Free from fragrance, parabens, alcohol, silicones, retinol and artificial dyes.

New to the serum? Try a little on the inside of your wrist first and wait 24 hours. If nothing happens, you are fine to use it under your eyes.

This guide is not medical advice. If you are not sure whether the serum is right for you, please check with your GP or pharmacist first.

Your questions, answered

Can I use this serum with the Eye Massager?

Yes, it is made to go with it. The water-based, silicone-free formula carries the massager's gentle pulses well. Apply the serum under your eyes, then put the massager on while the serum is still fresh. You need no separate gel.

How many drops should I use?

2 to 3 drops under the eyes. For your face and neck, 3 to 5 drops, patted into damp skin.

Can I use it on my whole face?

Yes. It works on the face and neck too. Apply a few more drops and gently pat them into cleansed skin.

How long does one bottle last?

About 4 to 8 weeks of daily use, depending on how much you apply. With 2 to 3 drops each time under the eyes, most customers find a bottle lasts around 6 weeks.

Is it safe for the under-eye area?

It contains no fragrance, retinol, alcohol or parabens, all of which can irritate the skin under the eyes. Keep it out of the eyes themselves, and stop using it if any redness or irritation appears. If you have an eye condition, please check with your doctor first.

What is sodium hyaluronate?

It is the salt form of hyaluronic acid, and the form most often used in skincare. Both are found naturally in the body. It helps your skin hold on to moisture.

Should I use a moisturiser afterwards?

You can. Let the serum settle, then follow with your usual moisturiser or facial oil.

How long does it keep once opened?

Use it within 12 months of opening, and check the expiry date on the packaging. Store it in a cool, dark place.
