Do the maths
£90 once, not a £1,000+ course
Silk Pro 2.0 is £90 once, with 999,999 flashes and both auto and manual modes for years of home use. A salon course of laser hair removal often costs £1,000 or more, appointment after appointment. Here you pay once and treat at home whenever it suits you.

Questions, answered
Does IPL hair removal actually work at home?
Yes. IPL (intense pulsed light) targets the melanin in hair follicles, disrupting regrowth over repeated sessions. Most customers report visible reduction in hair growth within 2-4 weeks of weekly treatments. Results work best on darker hair with lighter skin tones, which is how all IPL technology works - including professional salon devices.
Is it painful to use?
The overwhelming feedback from our customers is that it is painless. You may feel a mild warm sensation during treatment, which is normal. If any level feels uncomfortable, simply lower the intensity. Start on level 1 and work up gradually.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes, women can use it on facial areas such as the upper lip, chin, jawline, and forehead. Do not use it near the eyes, eyebrows, nostrils, or inside the ears. Men should not use it on the beard area.
What skin tones and hair colours does it work on?
IPL works by targeting melanin (pigment) in the hair. It is most effective on light to medium skin tones with dark hair. It is not effective on very dark skin tones, and will not work on grey, white, red, or very light blonde hair. A skin tone and hair colour compatibility chart is included in the user manual.
How is this different from professional laser hair removal?
Professional laser uses a single concentrated wavelength, while IPL uses a broad spectrum of light. Both target the hair follicle to reduce regrowth. The main differences are cost and convenience - a course of professional laser typically costs hundreds of pounds, while a single IPL device with 999,999 flashes gives you years of treatments at home, on your own schedule.
How often should I use it?
Use it once a week for the first 8 weeks. After that, most people move to fortnightly or monthly top-up sessions as needed. Hair grows in cycles, so consistent weekly use in the first two months ensures you treat follicles at every stage of growth.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and tracked. Most UK orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days, and Ireland orders within 5 to 10 working days.
What is the warranty and returns policy?
Every Silk Pro 2.0 comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing. If your device develops a fault, contact our customer support team and we will arrange a replacement. We are a UK-based team - real people, not bots.
