Do the maths
From £199.99 once, not a £1,000+ course
Deparee is from £199.99 once, with 28J flashes, unlimited use, and no cartridges to replace. A salon course of laser hair removal often costs £1,000 or more over months of appointments. This treats the same areas at home, on your schedule, for a single price.

Questions, answered
Is the Deparee IPL Hair Removal Device painful to use?
No. The built-in ice-cooling technology keeps your skin comfortable throughout each session. The vast majority of our customers describe treatments as painless. You can also adjust the energy level (1-9) and cooling level (1-6) to find your ideal comfort setting. Start low and work up as your skin adjusts.
How long does it take to see results?
Most users notice visibly thinner, slower-growing hair within 2-4 weeks of consistent use (2-3 sessions per week). After 8 weeks of regular treatment, many customers report significant hair reduction. For best results, follow the recommended cycle: 2-3 times per week for weeks 1-4, 1-2 times per week for weeks 5-8, then maintenance sessions every 1-2 weeks.
What is the difference between the Cordless and Plugged-In models?
Both models have identical 28J energy output, 5 treatment modes, 9 energy levels, and 6 cooling levels. The Cordless model (Black) runs on a rechargeable lithium battery, so you can use it anywhere without being near a power socket. The Plugged-In model (Blue) connects to mains power, giving you unlimited session length without needing to recharge. Choose cordless for freedom and portability, or plugged-in for uninterrupted longer sessions.
What skin tones and hair colours does it work on?
The Deparee IPL works best on fair to medium skin tones (Fitzpatrick types I-IV) with darker hair. The IPL light targets melanin in the hair follicle, so it is most effective when there is good contrast between skin and hair colour. It is not effective on very light hair (blonde, grey, red, or white) as there is not enough melanin for the light to target.
Which body areas can I use it on?
You can use the Deparee IPL on legs, arms, underarms, bikini line, upper lip, chin, and most body areas. Avoid the eye area, eyebrows, nipples, and any areas with tattoos or moles. The Body Parts mode is specifically designed to optimise treatment for different areas.
How does at-home IPL compare to salon laser hair removal?
Professional salon treatments typically use higher-powered devices, but the Deparee's 28J output is comparable to many clinic systems. The key difference is convenience and cost. Salon courses cost £1,000-£5,000+ and require multiple appointments over months. The Deparee lets you treat at home on your own schedule for a one-off purchase price. Many of our customers have switched from salon treatments and report comparable or better results.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and tracked. Most UK orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days, and Ireland orders within 5 to 10 working days.
What warranty is included?
The Deparee IPL Hair Removal Device comes with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues, contact our customer support team and we will arrange a repair or replacement. We also offer a straightforward returns policy if the product is not right for you.
